Carbonated Soft Drink/Water/Beverage glass Bottling Machine
Carbonated soft drink/water/beverage filling machine is specially designed for small to medium scale production of both still and carbonated soft drinks such as coca cola, spirit, soda water, etc in glass bottles ranging in size from 0.2 to 2 liters, integrating rising, filling and capping into one. Features include the sturdy base is supported by adjustable feet and is made with stainless steel sheathing secured to the tubular frame, all contact parts of liquid are food grade stainless steel and plastics, unique bottle neck suspend system makes bottle move smoothly and minimizes down time from one to another size, equipped with the latest counter pressure filling nozzles for precise filling, pick and place capping system, Critical electronic components and PLC controls are made by Siemens, Mitsubishi and Omron etc, All production information and automation controls are displayed digitally.
Carbonated soft drink glass bottle filing machine works on a simple principle. The conveyor carries the bottles to the machine infeed star, which separates the bottles and carries them onto the center of the grippers. The grippers then grip the neck of the bottle with two hard rubber pads. When the bottle has been gripped, it is turned upside down by a cam. At the end of the treatment, a cam returns the grippers to the vertical position, and the bottles pass on the exit star wheel. The exit star wheel, which is synchronized with the grippers, takes the bottles and passes them to the filler. In the filling station the bottles are picked up by the neck, allocated individual filling values and sealed by rubber, Next a valve opens to inject CO2 while simultaneously a second vent(bleed) valve is opened to displace the previously oxygenated air from the container. Once eventually all of the oxygen has been replaced by CO2 the vent is closed and another valve opens to let the product flows into the container down the wall of bottle. After filling is complete a vent is opened to allow excess product to escape which defines the classic liquid level fill that you see in all carbonated drinks. Finally the filled container is ready for sealing and the faster the better. Bottled carbonated drinks can go directly to capping station without much worry as the foam caused by escaping CO2 denies atmospheric oxygen from entering the product. The filled bottles are then transferred to the capping station via a star wheel. The bottles automatically move for the capping stage where the caps release from the sorter on to the bottles. The caps are sealed automatically using special capping hands. The entire system is enclosed in a stainless steel/glass outer casing. After the capping stage the bottle are automatically ejected out to the out feed conveyor. The whole equipment is sleek and is capable of bottling various sizes of glass bottles ranging from 200 ml to 2 liters.
