    Juice Beverage Tea Filling Machine

    Hot fill is a process where the product is heated and filled at a high temperature to sterilize the product and the container and closure. Hot fill is relatively inexpensive and appropriate for non-carbonated beverages and liquid food products such as fruit and vegetable juices, nectars, soft drinks, enhanced water and teas. Hot fill products have a shelf life ranging from 6-12 months. The principle of operation is similar to the gravity-low vacuum system, however the machine and its filling valves are designed to allow product recirculation in the tank and in the filling valves themselves in order to keep the constant filling temperature even in the eventuality of a machine stop. With the hot fill technology it is possible to fill at 90°C, guaranteeing a constant filling temperature, filling level accuracy and total product recycling.

    Rinsing station

    The glass bottles are fed into the rotary rinsing-filling-capping machine by means of an input conveyor. A star wheel then transfers the bottle to neck holding gripper of the rinsing station. The rinsing robot indexes the bottle 180°and activates the rinsing valve.

    Filling station

    Bottles after being rinsed are automatically transferred by a star wheel to the filling station. In the filling station the bottles are picked up by the neck and are allocated individual filling values. The state-of-art filling valve is so precise and accurate it gives even filling in all bottles. Filling valves are designed to allow product recirculation in the tank and in the filling valves themselves in order to keep the constant filling temperature even in the eventuality of a machine stop.     Capping station

    The filled bottles are then transferred to the capping station via a star wheel. The bottles automatically move for the capping stage where the caps release from the sorter on to the bottles. The caps are sealed automatically using special capping hands. The entire system is enclosed in a stainless steel/glass outer casing. After the capping stage the bottle are automatically ejected out to the discharge conveyor.
